ANAHATA CHAKRA: YOGA FOR HEART HEALTH
Learn how to balance the heart chakra to achieve a sense of peace and love in all aspects of our lives. This workshop focuses mainly on the Heart Chakra, but also serves as an introduction to the chakra system, and to essential oils as they relate to the chakras.Workshop participants will learn to identify physical and emotional imbalances related to the Heart Chakra. Students will be guided through yoga practices to experience the grounding effects of specific poses. Through discussion and worksheets, students will create a yoga regimen for self-care to maintain self-acceptance and self-love.
This workshop is designed to release upper back pain, and balance the heart chakra so that students can experience the joy, love and healing benefits of backbends and chest openers. Students will be exposed to a variety of backbends, and will learn important elements of alignment to ensure that their experience is both safe and rewarding. This sequence focuses on energizing and awakening the heart, body and spine. Balancing Anahata promotes self-love, self-compassion, and self-awareness.
The Anahata practice includes Vinyasa, Pranayama, Meditation, Mudras, and Aromatherapy. Open to all levels.

This workshop focuses mainly on the ThirdEye Chakra, but also serves as an introduction to the chakra system, and to essential oils as they relate to the chakras. Through the lens of the chakras, we'll travel inside to bust through your blocks and open your body and mind to the intuitive healing it needs.
Workshop participants will learn to identify physical and emotional imbalances related to the Third Eye Chakra. Students will be guided through yoga practices to experience the balancing effects of specific poses. Through discussion, mandala creation, sankalpa and worksheets, students will create a yoga regimen for self-care to maintain centering and clear intention.

MANIPURA CHAKRA: YOGA FOR THE SOLAR PLEXUS
Are you ready to unlock your self-confidence and inner power? Learn how to balance the Solar Plexus, Manipura Chakra. This workshop focuses mainly on the Solar Plexus Chakra, but also serves as an introduction to the chakra system, and to essential oils as they relate to the chakras.
Workshop participants will learn to identify physical and emotional imbalances related to the Solar Plexus Chakra. Students will be guided through visualization, chants, breathing exercises, and hatha yoga practices to stoke the inner fire and awaken your inner warrior while supporting a healthy digestive system through yoga poses. Through discussion and worksheets, students will create a yoga regimen for self-care to maintain self-confidence and inner strength.
